What core services do you offer?
We provide specialized lower-limb and foot care solutions, which include custom-made foot orthotics, orthopedic knee and ankle braces, and specialized diabetic foot accommodations. Our overall goal is to help patients reduce pain, improve alignment, and regain comfortable mobility.
What are your standard hours of operation?
Our office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Do you provide initial consultations?
Yes, initial consultations and evaluations are provided for a small assessment fee. If you use our services, that fee is then applied to any orthotics or brace we create for you. During your consult, we will assess your condition, discuss potential treatment paths, and explain your options.
Are your orthotics covered by any warranty?
Yes, we offer an industry-leading 2-year warranty on all of our custom orthotics. Our team is committed to helping you through your recovery journey and will work with you as needed until you are totally pain-free.
Are follow-ups or adjustments covered by warranty?
Absolutely. Patients always have access to free adjustments and follow-up consultations to ensure their custom devices continue to fit perfectly and function effectively over time.
Who oversees evaluations and care?
Our team is headed up by Dean Woodcock, a Canadian Certified Pedorthist and Registered Technical Orthotist who has nearly two decades of clinical experience in evaluating, designing, and manufacturing lower-limb orthopedic devices.
Do you serve both adult and adolescent patients?
Yes, we offer lower-limb devices, custom bracing, and recovery tools for adult and adolescent patients suffering from structural concerns or sports injuries.
Is there special pricing for younger patients?
Yes. We understand that a growing child will need more frequent updates to their footwear adjustments, so we offer dedicated adolescent pricing options for young patients.
How are your custom-made orthotics manufactured?
Unlike other clinics that need to outsource their fabrications, we run an on-site laboratory. Our team will take an exact plaster cast of your foot and then hand-craft the custom orthotics right there in our facility to ensure maximum quality control.
What is the typical turnaround time for a pair of custom orthotics?
Because we have an in-house lab, we can provide our patients with a highly efficient turnaround time. Custom orthotics are usually ready within 2 to 4 business days of your casting appointment.
How are custom orthotics different from store-bought options?
While over-the-counter inserts can offer cushioning, our orthotics are made from plaster casts and based on a complete gait analysis and precision measurements of your feet. The result is orthotics that are far more durable and effective. All of our orthotics are made from medical-grade materials and designed to correct alignment, relieve joint stress, and accommodate the exact physical structure of your feet.
What symptoms or conditions can custom orthotics assist with?
Our orthotics are highly effective at relieving problems such as plantar fasciitis, diabetic structural changes, shin splints, Achilles tendonitis, bunions, and generalized foot pain. Misaligned feet impact the entire skeletal system, so orthotics can also help relieve pain in the ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
How are your custom knee braces made?
We take careful hand measurements, as well as a digital cast of your knee joint during your appointment, and then use that information to fabricate a rigid, highly precise custom brace that protects your unique joint anatomy.
What types of acute injuries can your orthopedic bracing help with?
Our braces are routinely used to aid in recovery from ligament tears (such as ACL, MCL, or LCL), meniscus tears, severe joint sprains, and sports-related muscle strains.
Are you able to work with patients who have complex, chronic conditions like diabetic neuropathy?
Yes, our team specializes in custom accommodation devices for diabetic foot issues. These devices are specifically configured to adapt to altered diabetic foot structures, evenly redistributing pressure across the bottom of the foot to prevent dangerous pressure spots and ulcers from developing.
